Denoix

Walnut-flavoured liqueurs distilled in Brive la Gaillarde

Imprint
Updated

Walnut and fruit based liqueurs have been produced by the Denoix Distillery since 1839. Their most famous varieties are the Quinquinoix and the Suprême Denoix.

Having been developed in the 19th century the secrets have been passed down through four generations, preserving the heritage and quality of the liqueurs and aperitifs that are made with nuts and other fruits, without dye and added flavouring.

The company have also restarted the production of a famous local mustard, the Violet Mustard of Brive. You can visit the distillery and take a guided tour to learn how these products are made, without any artificial colourings, preservatives or flavourings.
