This property is situated in an elevated position, with no close neighbours between Salvaic and Daglan. It is just the Dordogne side of the Lot/Dordogne border. There is a small village with a shop a couple of kilometres away and Salviac, with a variety of facilities, shops etc is about 5 km away.
The Owners' residence is situated in the converted barn and the gite is situated in what was originally the main house. The gite is very successfully rented out to provide a supplementary income.
