Understated Tea Room perfection
The quaint little tea room is part of the Au Nid des Thes B&B and is situated on the main high street of Bratome's island, an ideal spot to stop for lunch after exploring the 'Venice of Bratome', canoeing down the River Domme, or perusing the traditional French market.
A small menu lays host to a selection of delicious homemade lunch time snacks, including soups, salads, savoury tarts, sweet and savoury crepes and a number of hand crafted sweet treats.
With the name 'Au Nid des Thes' translating literally to 'Tea Nest', it is no surprise that there is selection of 30 different teas to choose from, offering up something truly unique to this part of the Dordogne.
