Visitor comments

  • "Produces one million cubic metres of water per year - giving all inhabitants of Cahors drinking water. An exceptional place. The Maison d'eau was closed but that really didn't matter as it was this wonderful power of nature that we wanted to see. One can even go down to the water and touch/taste it - and it is delicious!" - Trip Advisor
  • "The Fontaine des Chartreux offer crystal clear waters and a lovely setting with a foot bridge. The Maison d'eau was closed when we visited except for the cafe on the other side of the building and the views of the bridge are amazing from there." - Trip Advisor
