Nestled in the heart of the Quercy region at the very top of the town of Rocamadour this park allows you the chance to meet some wonderful birds.

Admire one of the largest collections in Europe. Eagles, vultures, condors, bearded vulture, hawks, owls and parrots. The parks mission is protection, awareness, education, conservation and to maintain captive breeding programs.

There are two bird shows that are on at various times during the day. The first is the "Bird of Prey and Parrot Show". See these birds fly freely right in front of your eyes, their magnificent wingspan and in some cases their colourful plume of feathers. The last show of the day is the "Presentation of Owls: Closing the Curtains on the Owls". This 45 minute show will show you the charms of the mysterious owl and offers an intimate opportunity for you to discover this wonderful creature.

The park is open from April until the end of September. Daily from 14:00 until 19:00, and with extended opening hours in July and August of 11:00 to 20:00.

Watch out for

The park does cater for disabled visitors and wheelchairs. Dogs are allowed in the park but must be kept on a lead at all times.

This park is popular with young and old. The bird of prey and owl shows are certainly entertaining to anyone with an interest in nature and birds.
