In a dining room graced with elegance and class, you can savour a meal while looking out to the surrounding Lay Valley, vineyards and Chateau gardens. Internationally renowned, the 1 michelin star restaurant serves up refined cuisine based on the superior produce of the region.

The castle has been made into a prestigious wine producer and has been harvesting Malbec grapes since 1987. A member of the "Grands Vins Seigneurs" and part of the Cahors Appellation, you can sample some of their finest wines while dining. In a region synonymous with some of the best wine in the world, there is an extensive list of alternative regional wines to choose from.

A varied selection of set menus are on offer, as well a varied and balanced à la carte. Chef Philippe Combet makes the most of fine seasonal produce, including foie gras, cepes and truffles and has brought them together with contemporary French excellence.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner.
