Les Glycines Restaurant, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac

Exemplary hotel restaurant which once served Prince Charles

featured in Restaurants Updated

With their very own garden, the restaurant has access to the freshest fruit, vegetables, edible flowers and herbs. This is reflected in the menu, which makes the most of the regions famous culinary delights, including foie gras and of course Perigords black diamond, the truffle. You will easily settle into the cosy, contemporary restaurant or get to enjoy your surroundings while dining out on the terrace.

Classical French techniques are visible throughout the menu, but there are a number of modern touches and unfamiliar flavour combinations which dance on the pallet.

A tasting menu and à la carte dishes are available, but not shying away from the truffle, there is a whole menu devoted to that one piece of local perfection.

Wine is of course something synonymous with the area, with the likes of Bergerac, Bordeaux and St Emillion in the vicinity. The wine list is therefore very well established, but utilises local suppliers as well as further afield new world producers, offering something for everyone.

From 4th April - 10 November the restaurant is open every day for dinner between 19:30-21:00.
