Souillac market
Traditional weekly market in the middle of Souillac
Since the middle of the 19th Century Souillac has been a traditional market town. With goods stopping here on their journey along the river Dordogne.
Today is no different and every Friday morning Souillac hosts a traditional morning market, from 08:30 to 13:00. The perfect place to stock up on some local fruits and cheeses for a picnic!
In July and August there is a Souillac farmers market on a Wednesday afternoon from 17:00 to 20:00 selling organic, fresh local produce, some of it AOC accredited.
