A beautiful estate with 37 hectares of vineyards which are entirely worked by hand and where they grow grapes of the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties. With them they produce their Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé and a second red wine.

The Pavie hillside is the birthplace of the famous pavie peach, which gave name to the vineyard. The production of wine in the area can be traced at least to the middle of the 19th century, although the current estate did not exist until 1912, when other domaines were combined with the 50 hectares purchased by Ferdinand Bouffard in 1873.

The current owners, Gerard and Chantal Perse, bought the estate in 1998. In 2012 the wine reached the Saint Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé A classification. A year later the renovation of the buildings by Alberto Pinto was inaugurated.
