Domaine de l'Ancienne Cure

Award-winning Bergerac wines

featured in Vineyards & Estates Updated

Over the last five generations, going right back to the middle of the nineteenth century, there have been vines – as well as cereal crops and dairy cows – on this small family-owned property.

The Monbazillac wines are produced from grapes which are harvested manually and selectively: the fruit of each vine is picked over three or four times in order to select only the grapes affected by noble rot. Its main wines however are the Bergeracs, which have won lots of awards. Their wines are also certified organic.

The shop is open for tastings Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00. Sundays and public holidays by appointment only.
