Domaine du Haut-Pecharmant
Excellent producer of Pécharmant red and Bergerac rosé wine
This domaine has over 35 hectares of hilly south-facing vineyards which are densely planted.
In their reds they use Cabernet Sauvignon for the body and tannins, Cabernet Franc for the aromas and fruit, Merlot for suppleness and roundness and Malbec for its finesse. Producing some excellent Pécharmant appellation reds, as well as a Bergerac Rosé, this vineyard is worth a trip.
Tastings and shop open all day Monday to Saturday, and Sundays by appointment only. Guided tours from June to September, Monday to Saturday at 10:30 and 15:30.
